Welcome to the C.W. Mount Community Center Banquet Hall – your ideal venue for meetings, banquets, and special events.
Our spacious Banquet Hall features three individual rooms – The Cardinal, Sagamore, and Mount rooms. Each of these rooms can be rented independently for smaller gatherings, or there is an option to open all three rooms into one large space known as our Banquet Hall.
The Mount Room has a maximum capacity of 120 people. The room is set up with 8 round seating tables with 8 chairs placed at each. There are additional tables and chairs available to set up if needed. Also made available are 4, 8 foot rectangular tables as well as a small kitchenette that provides additional counterspace and a sink.
The Cardinal Room has a maximum capacity of 80 people. The space comes set up with 6 round seating tables with 8 chairs placed at each. There are additional tables and chairs available to set up if needed. Additionally, the Cardinal Room comes with 3, 8 foot rectangular tables. A small kitchenette provides additional counterspace as well as a sink.
The Sagamore Room has a capacity of 50 people, with a large portion of this room being a laminate dance floor. There are 5 round table seating tables, an 8 foot rectangular table, and 42 chairs available to set up in the Sagamore Room. A small kitchenette provides additional counterspace as well as a sink.
Our full commercial kitchen comes stocked with everything you you’ll need to cater any size event. Ovens, a 10 burner gas range, full size fridge and freezer, warmers, sinks, dishwasher, microwave and mixer just to name a few.
Room rentals are for the full day. Access to the space begins at 7:00 AM on the day of your rental. All cleanup must be completed, and the building must be vacated by midnight.
Inside our gymnasium is an elevated walking track available to use for an annual fee of $50.
WALKING TRACK HOURS:
Monday-Friday: 7am-3pm and 6pm-9pm
Saturday-Sunday: 7am-9pm
Due to private events, the Walking Track may be closed for periods within the above mentioned timeframes. This information will be posted on the entrance door and updated weekly.
Open Pickleball is available three days a week at the Community Center gymnasium. With three available courts, there is plenty of space as well as playtime available. $4 to play and bring your own paddle.
Monday (advanced): 7pm-9pm
Tuesday (all levels): 7pm-9pm
Wednesday (all levels): 10am-12pm
Get your team together and join the action. Adult Basketball runs on Sunday afternoons from January to March. Registration for the 2027 season will open in November of 2026.
Looking for an indoor option in the cooler months to have some fun with your little one? Toddler time is parent/guardian assisted play and provides tons of options. Toddler time is from 9am-11am on Fridays, October through March. $5 drop in fee at door.
