The Club offers an Annual Membership. Once a child is a registered member, they have access to additional memberships such as School Breaks & Summer Camp for a minimal daily fee.
Yes. All youth served on location must be registered members, which includes a registration dues. School Breaks & Summer Camp require an additional minimal daily fee, rated by the number of same-household members attending.
Yes, we require pre-registration and pre-payment. This process currently takes place at the front desk, and can be initiated over phone or email.
Tipton Community School Corporation & Tri-Central Community Schools provide transportation to the Club after school on regular school days when the Club is open. Daily pick-up and summer transportation are provided by the Club member’s responsible party.
A Club Member registration is active August through July of the current school year. Membership dues are standard regardless of date of enrollment. Club Members will be required to re-enroll, including the registration fee, each August.
School Breaks & Summer Camp offer extended hours for the youth to be engaged in programs and activities. In order to do so, as well as provide appropriate supervision, the Club staff and facilities are utilized at a greater volume.
There are additional opportunities for Club members to participate in programs outside of the traditional Club experience. The most common program is the basketball program and there is a fee outside of membership to help cover the cost of the program. Programs such as dance, karate, yoga, etc. may be offered throughout the year depending on the programming schedule. All opportunities will be communicated with Club families.
Yes. Members have access to a “free” snack each day, currently provided by grant funding. The “free” snacks meet nutritional standards set by the Child & Adult Care Food Program. The menu is set and available at the Club if you would like more information.
Also, Club members may bring in money, or purchase snack cards to order from the Club’s snack bar. There are a variety of items ranging in cost from $0.25 – $1.00. Club members are limited to $1.50 for food and $1.00 for drink each day. The menu options are available at the Club if you would like more information. *Parents may set restrictions for food purchases, but it must be communicated with a staff member.
